Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Butler role located in Vythiri. The Butler will be responsible for providing excellent personalized guest services, maintaining guest rooms and public areas, assisting with meal services, coordinating with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction, and managing guest requests promptly and professionally. The Butler will be expected to maintain high standards of service and attention to detail in all aspects of their work.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in hospitality, particularly as a Butler or similar role
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and guest requests efficiently and professionally
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance procedures
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
• Flexibility to work in a remote location and adapt to guests' diverse needs
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
