Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Butler to join our team at Accor Hotels, contributing to the exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and be able to provide top-notch service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient room preparation and guest requests.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Maintain high standards of customer service, exceeding guests' expectations.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role as a Butler or Front Desk Manager.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
