Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a House Manager in Delhi . As a House manager, you will be responsible for

staff management and coordinating various household tasks and staff members. This includes overseeing daily operations, oversee facility management ,supervising staff, organising events and parties, managing household budgets, maintaining inventories, and ensuring seamless service delivery. You will also be responsible for specific areas like Vendor management ,wardrobe management, ensuring proper care of House ,overseeing table settings and lay out and service etiquette for all dining occasions . Additionally, you will be adept at providing related services that cater to the specific needs of the house.

Qualifications

-Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Proven experience in managing and supervising staff

-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

-Knowledge of household management best practices, table management practices

-Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities

-A keen eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness

-Previous experience in a similar role of managing private residence/ estate is preferred

-Previous experience in Facility management/ hospitality
