Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a household. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning, manage staff, handle maintenance, and provide top-notch hospitality and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day household operations and maintenance.
• Supervise domestic staff, including housekeeping, drivers, and security personnel.
• Manage household budgets, expenses, and vendor payments.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and service providers as needed.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure the home is well-stocked.
• Organize and support household events and guest management.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and comfort within the premises.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in house or estate management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic administrative tools.
• Trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
