House Manager

Role Overview: As a House Manager at a residential complex in Chandigarh, your main responsibility will be to ensure that the daily needs and requirements of the family and their guests are met. You will also be in charge of ensuring that the support staff is well-trained in household work with professional standards. This role requires a suitable female candidate. Key Responsibilities: - Check the repair, maintenance, and cleanliness of the house. - Assess staffing needs and allocate workload to the team members of the house. - Monitor the ordering, consumption, and wastage of supplies and groceries. - Upskill and impart training to the team members. - Work on home technology software/applications. Qualification Required: - Prior experience in household management or related field. - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in using home technology software/applications.
