Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hotriculturist to join our team at the Godwin Hotel & Resort. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the field and a strong background in horticulture.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain the hotel's gardens, greenery, and outdoor spaces.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance plant growth and sustainability.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus using fresh produce.
Conduct workshops and events on horticulture and gardening techniques.
Supervise and train junior staff members on horticulture practices.
Monitor and control pests and diseases affecting plants.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of horticulture principles and practices.
Experience working with hotels or resorts is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with local regulations and laws related to horticulture.
A degree in Horticulture or a related field is required.
