Job Purpose:

To secure and grow the resources that power the Foundations mission by building strong, values-driven partnerships with corporates, philanthropists, family offices, and other donors. This role will craft compelling cases for support, steward long-term relationships, and contribute to the Foundations vision of building sustainable, systemic change.

Key Accountabilities:

Fundraising Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that balances CSR, philanthropic, and endowment growth.
• Design fundraising campaigns and donor engagement plans that align with the Foundations mission and principles.
• Build a pipeline of prospective donors across corporates, family offices, HNIs, and global philanthropy networks.

Partnership Development

• Cultivate and steward long-term relationships with corporate CSR teams, philanthropic donors, and institutional funders.
• Position the Foundation as a trusted partner by communicating impact with depth, dignity, and evidence.
• Facilitate co-creation of CSR-ready projects and donor-aligned initiatives without compromising on the Foundations principles of quality and systems change.

Donor Stewardship & Communication

• Work closely with the Communications and M&E teams to create donor decks, reports, proposals, and impact narratives.
• Ensure timely and transparent reporting of donor-funded projects.
• Organize donor visits, events, and engagements that strengthen relationships and showcase impact.

Resource Mobilization for Sustainability

• Contribute to the growth of the Foundation’s corpus and endowment by cultivating unrestricted funding commitments.
• Identify opportunities for innovative financing (ex., blended finance, social impact funds) that align with the Foundation’s mission.

Desired Experience & Skills:

• 3–8 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, or donor relations within development, CSR, or philanthropy sectors.
• Proven track record of securing significant funding from corporates, HNIs, or philanthropic foundations.
• Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships with diverse funders.
• Familiarity with CSR law, philanthropic trends, and donor engagement strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high integrity, creativity, and a passion for social impact.
