Key Accountabilities: Fundraising Strategy & Execution Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that balances CSR, philanthropic, and endowment growth. Design fundraising campaigns and donor engagement plans that align with the Foundations mission and principles. Build a pipeline of prospective donors across corporates, family offices, HNIs, and global philanthropy networks. Partnership Development Cultivate and steward long-term relationships with corporate CSR teams, philanthropic donors, and institutional funders. Position the Foundation as a trusted partner by communicating impact with depth, dignity, and evidence.
