Job Purpose:

To design, implement, and manage systems that monitor performance, measure impact, and generate actionable insights. This role ensures the Foundation learns continuously, strengthens its programs, and contributes credible knowledge to influence policy and practice. The Monitoring, Evaluation & Insights Lead must always uphold equity, transparency, and dignity.

Key Accountabilities:

• Data Collection

  : Design and oversee systems for collecting both quantitative and qualitative data across healthcare, education, and livelihood programs.

• Impact Assessments

  : Lead the design and execution of impact assessments and program evaluations, ensuring methods are rigorous and inclusive.

• Program Evaluation

  : Work closely with program managers to track progress, measure effectiveness, and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

• Case Studies & Reporting

  : Develop case studies, success stories, and impact reports that combine data with human narratives to communicate depth and transformation.

• Partner Data Aggregation

  : Aggregate data from multiple partners, ensuring consistency, comparability, and quality.

• Partner Report Follow-Up

  : Maintain timely follow-up with implementing partners to ensure accurate, on-time submissions of reports and data.

• Learning & Strategy

  : Document lessons learned and best practices, and feed insights back into strategy and program design.

• Capacity Building

  : Support program teams in understanding and using data effectively in decision-making.

Experience & Skills

• 14 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, impact assessment, and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Proven ability to prepare reports, case studies, and dashboards that integrate evidence with stories.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to manage partner reporting and internal learning.
• Proficiency in data management and visualization tools.
