Job Purpose:

To ensure smooth execution of the Foundations programs by providing operational, administrative, and programmatic support. This role is the bridge between strategy and community realities coordinating projects, maintaining systems, and upholding the Foundations values of equity, transparency, and stewardship in every task.

Key Accountabilities:

Program Coordination

  • Assist in day-to-day coordination of projects across healthcare, education, and livelihoods.
  • Work closely with M&E and Communications teams to ensure seamless execution and data flow.
  • Provide operational support to program managers and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Listen actively to community needs and feedback, and share insights with the strategic team to strengthen program design.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Support documentation of activities, data collection, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with partners on deliverables, reports, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate project records, filing systems, and databases.

Logistics & Events

  • Organize and support meetings, workshops, events, and field visits.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for reviews, reporting, and monitoring activities.
  • Act as a point of coordination during field engagements, ensuring smooth operations.

Experience & Skills

  • 0–2 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or CSR/development projects.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in event coordination and field-level operations is an advantage.
  • Energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about social impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive, respectful relationships with communities and partners
