Specific Duties & Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day implementation of MNCH-HCD interventions at district level, ensuring execution of HRP lifecycle and KMC continuum activities.
2. Coordinate closely with District Health Society, ICDS, C&RD, SHGs and VHCs to enable convergence and smooth operational rollout.
3. Provide technical oversight to Block and Field Coordinators; ensure correct use of HRP/KMC tools, referral formats, and community-facing materials.
4. Lead district monitoring: review HMIS/NFHS/MOTHER App/POSHAN data, validate HRP lists, track KMC follow-ups, and identify service delivery gaps.
5. Conduct district review meetings; compile key decisions, follow-up actions, and escalations for state-level review.
6. Support capacity building of ANMs, ASHAs, AWWs, SHGs and VHCs on HRP screening, referral pathways, KMC practices, and community engagement.
7. Facilitate solution testing, prototype refinement, and adaptive implementation cycles as per HCD methodology.
8. Document field insights, implementation progress, challenges, and best practices for reporting to the State Program Manager.
9. Maintain district-level records, reports, and review documentation in line with program requirements.
10. Supervise district staff recruitment, induction, field monitoring, task allocation, and performance assessment.
