Specific Duties & Responsibilities

1. Support the State Program Manager in day-to-day oversight of MNCHHCD project implementation across all districts and blocks.
2. Coordinate with other stakeholders and partners.
3. Ensure alignment of district/block activities with state strategy, timelines, and project-driven deliverables.
4. Review HRP and KMC tools, job aids, reporting formats, and implementation processes before rollout.
5. Conduct technical field visits to districts and blocks; provide supportive supervision, problem-solving and on-site mentoring.
6. Monitor progress through review of routine data (HMIS, NFHS, MOTHER App, POSHAN, facility and community registers) and synthesize findings for the State Program Manager.
7. Facilitate state-level planning, monthly review meetings, and cross-departmental coordination with SHSRC, NHM, ICDS, C&RD and other stakeholders.
8. Support capacity building of district and block teams, frontline workers, community platforms (VHCs, SHGs) and ensure quality of training and review sessions.
9. Assist with documentation, including progress reports, learning notes, meeting minutes, monitoring summaries, and contributions to knowledge products.
10. Identify operational gaps, escalate systemic issues, and support course-correction actions through structured feedback loops.
