Hotel Manager - Jairose Enterprises Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel facility in Sector 28, Faridabad. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance Ensure high standards of guest service and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally Manage hotel software systems for reservations, billing, and inventory management Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management Monitor and control operational costs while maximizing revenue opportunities Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality industry regulations Maintain hotel facilities and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upgrades Prepare operational reports and budgets for management review Implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and guest satisfaction Required Qualifications: Graduate degree preferred Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience Proficiency in hotel management software and computer applications Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Strong leadership and team management abilities Customer service oriented with problem-solving skills Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices What We Offer: Competitive salary range: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month Full-time day shift position Opportunity to work with a growing hospitality company Professional development and career advancement opportunities Walk-in Interview Details: Date: July 3rd - July 16th, 2025 Time: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Location: Plot No. 2117, Metro Pillar no. 626, Sector 28, NH-19, Rajendra Colony, Faridabad Join our team and be part of delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
