Hotel Receptionist Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our hospitality team at Jairose Enterprises. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth front office operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage room reservations and bookings using hotel management software Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly Process payments and maintain accurate guest records Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally Maintain front desk appearance and organization Assist with administrative tasks and documentation Required Qualifications: Graduate degree preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel industry Proficiency in hotel management software Basic English communication skills Strong customer service orientation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work night shifts (Full Time) Professional appearance and demeanor What We Offer: Competitive salary: ₹14,000 per month Full-time employment with growth opportunities Professional work environment in hospitality industry Location: Sector 28, Faridabad Note: Only experienced hotel industry professionals with good software knowledge should apply.
