Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Front desk Receptionist located in Ooty. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls, handling guest inquiries, and processing check-ins and check-outs. The Receptionist will also perform various clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience is a key aspect of this role. Telecalling targets will be given. To be noted Conversion targets will be given for bringing in guests to the hotel and is mandatory to be achieved.
