Job Description – Front Office Executive (Female)

Location: Goregaon East, near Ram Mandir Station
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹26,000 + Incentives
Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
Shift Type: Straight Shift
Weekly Off: 1 weekly off (as per standard)

About the Role

We are seeking a pleasant and well-groomed Front Office Executive to manage guest relations and front desk operations at our 4-star property. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-in/check-out, and efficient handling of guest queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and reservations.
• Handle guest inquiries, calls, and complaints with efficiency and courtesy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain records, manage billing, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Uphold the brand’s standards of hospitality and service quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a star hotel or similar hospitality setup.
• Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in handling front office systems and guest management software.
• Punctual, reliable, and customer-oriented with a professional appearance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
