Hotel Contracting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish new hotel partnerships to expand our inventory.
• Negotiate competitive rates, allocations, and favorable contract terms.
• Maintain and manage existing hotel contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Conduct regular virtual (Teams) meetings and face-to-face negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hotel partners and suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure hotel partners meet operational and quality standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Immediate starter

  preferred.
• Must currently reside in

  Kolkata

  with a maximum commute time of

  1 hour

  to our office.
• Minimum

  2 years of proven experience

  in hotel contracting or a similar role in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; confident in closing deals and leading discussions.
• Comfortable conducting professional

  virtual meetings

  (e.g., via Microsoft Teams).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and commercially driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships.
  

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven negotiation skills and industry knowledge.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in using standard communication and productivity tools.
  

Compensation:

• INR 40,000 (in-hand)

  per month.
• Performance-based incentives may be offered.

Note: Shift timing will be 1 pm-10pm(IST).
