We are looking for an experienced and motivated Hotel Contracting Manager to join our growing team. The role involves identifying and contracting hotels, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring competitive offerings to support our global hotel booking operations. Key Responsibilities: Identify and establish new hotel partnerships to expand our inventory. Negotiate competitive rates, allocations, and favorable contract terms. Maintain and manage existing hotel contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Conduct regular virtual (Teams) meetings and face-to-face negotiations. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hotel partners and suppliers. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure hotel partners meet operational and quality standards. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile: Immediate starter preferred. Must currently reside in Kolkata with a maximum commute time of 1 hour to our office. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in hotel contracting or a similar role in the travel or hospitality industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills; confident in closing deals and leading discussions. Comfortable conducting professional virtual meetings (e.g., via Microsoft Teams). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and commercially driven. Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships. Key Skills Required: Excellent written and spoken English. Proven negotiation skills and industry knowledge. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proficient in using standard communication and productivity tools. Compensation: INR 40,000 (in-hand) per month. Performance-based incentives may be offered.
