Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hostess to join our team at the Taj Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and staff.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle complex guest complaints.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
