Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hostess to join our team at Etopia Malgudi. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
