Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Hospital Operations Expert
who can take
complete ownership
of hospital operational flows — from patient registration to discharge and post-care. The candidate will play a key role in
auditing, redesigning, and implementing operational frameworks
that directly enhance revenue, patient satisfaction, and process efficiency across mid-tier hospitals (50–100 beds) pan India.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end operational audits covering OPD, IPD, billing, pharmacy, diagnostics, insurance, and discharge processes.
- Design and implement standardized SOPs for each department aligned with NABH and quality parameters.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and leakages — propose actionable improvement plans.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and insurance teams to connect operations with revenue outcomes.
- Establish robust data tracking and reporting systems for hospital leadership.
- Conduct training sessions for department heads and frontline staff to ensure adoption of new systems.
- Work closely with the NPPD Care strategy team to execute 2X revenue transformation projects.
- Ensure compliance with hospital regulations, accreditation norms, and patient safety standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospital operations management or healthcare administration.
- Proven record in process optimization, quality improvement, and NABH implementation.
- Deep understanding of OPD/IPD workflows, billing, insurance, and patient journey mapping.
- Strong analytical, execution, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete project ownership.
- Comfortable managing multiple hospitals across states and leading remote operations audits.
Engagement Options
- Full-time: Lead multiple hospitals under long-term engagement (preferred).
- Freelance/Project-Based: Deliver operations optimization projects with clear milestones and performance outcomes.
