Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based roles, focusing on MSP/VMS staffing.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to meet the client's hiring needs.
Collaborate with Direct Clients to understand hiring requirements and provide customized recruiting solutions.
Handle multiple roles across various domains, ensuring quality and timeliness in placements.

Aerospace & Aviation Engineering
Pharma & Life Sciences
Healthcare Clinical & Non clinical
Non-IT
Light Industry

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1 - 4 years of experience in US recruitment, specifically in MSP/VMS.
Proficient understanding of tax and visa requirements for US recruitment.
Experience in working with Direct Clients is essential.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Shift Timing:

Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST (aligned with US time zones)
