Role Overview
Teleperformance is looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – AdWords to manage and mentor a team of digital advertising
professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring quality deliverables, and meeting business objectives within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 12–15 resources, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. • Ensure effective communication within the team to maintain productivity and quality standards. • Monitor daily operations to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines. • Set clear goals and expectations for team members aligned with business objectives. • Prepare and generate regular performance reports, track KPIs, and share insights with management. • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support individual and team growth. • Deliver ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance skills and improve overall team performance. • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency and results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in Team Leading, preferably in AdWords/Digital Advertising or a similar environment. • Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring skills. • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities. • Ability to work in rotational shifts and week-offs. • Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
