Job Title: Lead Assistant Manager FP&A (Technology Finance)

Finance professional with strong FP&A experience in the Technology Finance domain

Key Responsibilities

Lead
FP&A activities for Technology / IT Finance
, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for IT OPEX and CAPEX.
Manage
end-to-end IT CAPEX lifecycle
, including capitalization, depreciation, retirement, and compliance with accounting standards.
Support
IT Finance reporting and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
, including month-end and quarter-end close.
Prepare and review
monthly and quarterly financial reports
, Balance Sheet reviews, CAPEX tracking, and variance dashboards.
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to track technology spend and provide actionable financial insights.
Ensure adherence to
internal controls, accounting policies, and IT governance standards
.
Support audits and management reviews related to IT financials and capital expenditure.

Key Skills & Experience Required

Strong hands-on experience in
FP&A within Technology / IT Finance
.
Expertise in
IT budgeting,forecasting, variance analysis
, and CAPEX planning.
Proven experience in
IT CAPEX accounting
(capitalization, depreciation, asset retirement).
Exposure to
R2R processes
, Balance Sheet reviews, and financial reporting.
Advanced skills in
Excel
, financial dashboards, and reporting tools.
Experience working with
ERP systems
(SAP preferred).
Ability to work in
night shifts
and handle tight timelines.
