Responsibilities The primary function of the IT onboarding and Offboarding Analyst role includes organizing and overseeing processes throughout the various new hire pre-boarding, onboarding & offboarding cycles. Utilize the appropriate system tools, and databases (e.g., SharePoint, surveys, etc..) to ensure effective information flow between HR, TA, and IT internal onboarding & offboarding support teams. Coordinate periodic daily and weekly reviews of business systems to ensure information is received timely, make recommendations, and escalate issues accordingly.
