IT Finance

As an ideal candidate for the position at ISG, you will bring extensive IT Finance expertise focused on various aspects such as business case management, sourcing spend analysis, scenario analysis, ratio analysis, project accounting, and invoice reviews. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the realms of finance and technology, collaborating with IT leadership to oversee budgeting, spend analysis, forecasting, vendor management, and financial reporting. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating closely with client leadership to align with business objectives and operational goals. You will be tasked with developing, maintaining, and reporting on financial and operational KPIs to monitor IT performance and cost-effectiveness. Ownership of IT budgeting and forecasting, encompassing capital (CapEx) and operating expenses (OpEx) tracking, will also be under your purview. Additionally, performing cost-benefit analyses for planned IT investments and ensuring accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor information will be vital aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will be expected to establish and maintain relationships with vendors, evaluate vendor performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings. Your role will involve maintaining a comprehensive database with all financial documents and associated raw data while upholding sound financial governance principles supporting transparency, traceability, and auditability. Interpretation and application of contract language and standards to related financial activities, as well as standardizing sourcing spend governance processes and templates, will be key responsibilities. Requirements for this position include a CA, CPA, bachelor's degree in commerce discipline with an MBA in Finance being preferred, along with 10-12 years of relevant experience. A good understanding of IT functions and their relevance to financial management, strong knowledge of purchasing and contract law, proficiency in Financial Analysis and Planning, and working knowledge of various process applications are also necessary. Additionally, a strong English language aptitude/proficiency in solid written and verbal communication is essential to excel in this role.,
