About the Opportunity:

What Youll Be Doing:

Connect with healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, etc.) through
high-volume outbound calling
Use various platforms (ATS, social media, job boards) to source and engage candidates
Build long-term relationships with US-based healthcare providers
Collaborate with Account Managers to manage interviews and hiring pipelines
Negotiate terms and onboard talent for US-based clients

Who Can Apply?

1+ year of experience in ANY of the following:

International Outbound Calling (Sales, Collections, Customer Support)
Domestic Recruitment/International Recruitment
Hospitality or Aviation Industry

Skills We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written – English)
Confidence, energy, and a
target-driven mindset
Willingness to work in the
US shift (Night Shift)
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
