Job Description

End-to-end recruitment for BPO / Non-IT / IT positions
Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases
Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
Coordinating with hiring managers to understand requirements
Scheduling interviews and follow-ups with candidates
Maintaining candidate data and recruitment trackers
Ensuring timely closures of open positions
Handling offer rollouts and joining formalities
Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers & Experienced candidates
can apply
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
Good communication skills (English & local language)
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation & convincing skills
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Basic MS Excel and email handling
