Established in 2017, Sukudo Studios is a creative dubbing and localization studio specializing in dubbing, subtitling, translation, voice-over, and podcast services. We work across short dramas, OTT content, films, and digital media, supported by a growing team of creative and technical professionals.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in New Delhi for an HR Manager. The role involves managing core HR operations while working closely with internal teams to ensure responsibilities are completed efficiently wherever required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment activities including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain attendance, employee records, and payroll coordination using HRMS platforms
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business needs
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity
  • Manage performance management and feedback processes
  • Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate exit formalities and documentation
  • Collaborate with teams to support and complete HR tasks wherever required


Candidate Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in HR with exposure to recruitment, administration, compliance, and engagement
  • MBA / PGDM in HR or Industrial Relations preferred
  • Working knowledge of HRMS tools for attendance, records, and reporting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and process accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills


Work Conditions

  • On-site role – New Delhi
  • Must be available during working hours
  • Strong coordination with management and team leads required
