Location: Gurugram (In-Person / Full-Time)
Salary: 25–35 LPA (Fixed + Variables)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Head of Sales with strong experience selling IoT, Automation, Hardware, Embedded Solutions, or Construction Tech products to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will lead sales operations end-to-end — from revenue strategy to team leadership — and be responsible for scaling the company’s growth in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Growth & Sales Ownership

  • Own the complete sales lifecycle — prospecting to negotiation to closure.
  • Drive new business acquisition in industrial, construction, manufacturing, automation, and hardware-driven sectors.
  • Build and expand strategic enterprise accounts.

2. Build & Scale Sales Engine

  • Develop scalable sales playbooks, automation tools, and frameworks.
  • Implement high-performance sales processes to ensure predictable revenue.

3. Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and mentor sales managers/executives.
  • Set clear KPIs, manage performance, and create high-achievement culture.
  • Build and lead teams of 10+ sales professionals.

4. Performance, Data & Reporting

  • Track sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Maintain dashboards for revenue insights and executive reporting.
  • Use CRM-driven analytics for decision making.

5. Customer & Account Management

  • Manage long-term enterprise partnerships.
  • Build trust-based relationships with CXOs, Plant Heads, Engineering Directors, Facility Managers, EPC heads.
  • Lead expansion within existing accounts.

6. Revenue Strategy & GTM

  • Develop pricing, segmentation, and market positioning strategies.
  • Work with marketing and product teams for GTM planning.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in IoT, automation, and hardware product markets.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of B2B Sales experience in IoT / Automation / Embedded / Hardware solutions.
  • Proven experience selling to industrial, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, plant automation, or hardware customers.
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions, not just simple products.
  • Background working with technical teams (engineering, R&D, embedded systems).
  • Ability to handle long sales cycles and high-ticket B2B deals.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,300,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
