Head of Institutional Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the

  institutional sales strategy

  for schools and education partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  principals, administrators, and decision-makers

  at institutions.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for

  school partnerships, collaborations, and channel sales

  .
• Drive the

  end-to-end sales cycle

  : outreach, presentations, negotiations, closures, and account expansion.
• Collaborate with the

  Growth/Marketing team

  for lead generation campaigns targeting schools.
• Partner with

  Customer Success

  to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term retention of institutional clients.
• Track and report on

  pipeline, conversions, and revenue

  from institutional channels.
• Represent company at

  events, conferences, and education forums

  to build visibility and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience

  in institutional/enterprise sales, preferably in

  EdTech, school partnerships, or B2B education programs

  .
• Proven track record of

  selling to schools, training centers, or similar institutions

  .
• Strong

  relationship-building, negotiation, and communication

  skills.
• Ability to work

  independently

  in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Exposure to

  SaaS/tech solutions

  is a plus (not mandatory).
