Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with warehouse and operations leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies accordingly.
Support and guide leaders on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Implement HR policies and procedures that are compliant with labor laws and aligned with corporate HR strategies.
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration and exit of employees.
Work closely with Talent Acquisition to manage recruitment and staffing needs for warehouse positions.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
Lead or support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and wellness efforts within the warehouse.
Serve as the first point of contact for warehouse employees on HR-related questions or concerns.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and other health and safety regulations in collaboration with EHS teams.
Participate in audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all HR practices.
Coach and develop supervisors and team leads on effective people management practices.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the warehouse workforce.
