Job Title: Analyst -Voice Process

Graduate fresher OR Undergraduate with minimum 1 year of customer service experience

Key Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Good listening skills and customer-centric approach
Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
Basic computer proficiency and typing speed

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
Understand customer queries and provide accurate, relevant, and timely solutions
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers
Record and update customer information accurately in the system
Work closely with the team to meet quality and productivity targets

Work Schedule:

Full-time, work from office Gurgaon
24*7 shift
Both side cab
