Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Candidate should have experience Team Leader in Google Ads.

Manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, and Display Advertising.
Oversee team handling responsibilities to ensure efficient management of client accounts.
Develop and implement strategies for Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Advertising on Google AdWords.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Attrition/Shrinkage Control.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in Paid Media or related field with expertise in Google Ads, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads.
Strong understanding of KPIs like AHT, SLA & CSAT; ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
Excellent people management skills with experience in managing teams effectively.
