Job Description

Job Title : Chief Manager / AGM / DGM - Safety Services Reports To : Head HSEF Purpose : The purpose of this job is to look after end to end Safety activities and practices of the Plant and maintain necessary statutory compliances. Major Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Implementing HSE Policy. Upgrading HSE Procedures, MSDS, EMPs, Safety Standards. Statutory compliance on safety requirements. Imparting safety training to all the permanent and contractual employees. Conducting HSE committee meetings and to establish outcomes. Preparing improvement plans & budgeting. Accident investigation, reporting & CAPA implementation. Selection, purchase, use & maintenance of PPEs. HSE promotional activities. Reviewing Fire Prevention & Protection arrangements for suitable emergency management. Recordable accident reporting to inspector of factories. PESO and other licensing / statutory application procedures. Basic knowledge of PSM. Coordination of Health, Safety, Environment & Fire documentation pertaining to ISO14001/OHSAS 18001 requirements. Preferred candidate profile : Experince Range : Min 17 - 18 years in HSEF Should have experience in handling Hazardous Chemicals
