Adroit Synergies is hiring for Senior HR Executive Role-Recruitment

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in high-volume recruitment to support our BPO Recruitment. In this role, you will source the profile , focusing on high-demand roles such as customer service agents, technical support and other operations-focused positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract the best talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years of experience in BPO recruitment -high-volume executive hiring roles.

Skills Require:

Strong background in full-cycle recruitment with a focus on high-volume hiring and hard-to-fill roles.
Expertise in using recruitment tools, job boards -like: LinkedIn, naukri,
Excellent communication Skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple requisitions at once.
Ability to work independently
