Job Details:

  • Job Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

  • Qualification: MBA with Human Resources (Full Time)

  • All education 10th, 12th, Graduation & PG must be Full time)

  • Experience: 1-2 Years

  • Notice Period: Immediate Joiner to 30 Days

  • Shift Timings: UK shift only. Up until 10:00 PM (9 hrs. 15 mins office hours).

  • Job Level: 3A

  • Designation: Process Specialist

Note:

  • Candidate should have excellent proficiency in Oral & written communication.

  • Must have handled Headcount of 100-200 Employees.

  • Candidate will have to clear Assessment first to get to Round 1 .

  • Candidates are expected to answer their phones for first level screening

Role Overview:

Associate Lead Business Partner HR

Responsibilities:

  • Planning & managing strategic HR initiatives for the account and reviewing HR effectiveness

  • Providing HR solutions to enable business functions

  • Resolving employee grievances and issues

  • Ensuring new employee Assimilation and Deployment.

  • Driving Performance Management and Compensation & benefits management and executing unit specific performance management framework and initiatives.

  • Focus and ensure Employee Development

  • Enhancing employee Experience and retention

  • Drive and improve Employee engagement and ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to improved performance.

  • Defining the quarterly/periodic communication plan for the account in line with the overall Business unit communication plan in order to ensure HR service delivery effectiveness

  • Manage Employee governance and welfare

  • Ensure Client compliance

  • Provide Analytics and Reporting where required.

What are we looking for in you:

  • MBA with HR specialization

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in HRBP role ,

  • Should have experience of managing large employee spans
  • Excellent Management and Networking Skills and the ability to work well with multiple stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management with senior stakeholders.
  • Good (English) communication skills and the ability to interact and network with both external stakeholders, internal stakeholders and employees across various levels.
  • Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
