Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies and programs. Manage performance appraisal and feedback processes. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees. Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
