Job Description

The Talent Management handles the administration of Talent management programs

and systems. This role ensures accurate and timely data entry, coordinates learning events, and provides administrative support to the Talent management team.

Lead execution of actions around identification and rollout of leadership development

initiatives.

Assist content design and development of content in collaboration with subject matter

experts.

Drive actions related to communication strategies to ensure program visibility and

engagement.

Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to facilitate career planning.
Lead execution of succession planning processes and ensure readiness of talent pipelines.
Analyze data to identify gaps and propose interventions.
Own the process of identifying and developing high-potential employees.
Monitor progress and p leadership.
Refine and maintain the leadership competency framework.
Ensure integration with performance and development processes.
Lead culture initiatives to foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace.
Provide advisory support on best practices and change management.
Ensure achievement of KPIs and risk mitigation strategies.
Support business continuity planning and management reviews.
