To assist in the execution and monitoring of performance management and talent development processes, supporting the alignment of these initiatives with corporate strategies and ensuring operational excellence.
- 5-10 years within HR functions, demonstrated capacity in performance management activities
- Master's degree in human resources or a related field
- Professional certifications in the field of HR or PMS and Talent Management is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and metrics.
- Effective communication skills to convey information clearly to stakeholder groups. - Team-player with a proactive approach to cross-department collaborations
- Familiarity with performance management frameworks and tools.
- Ability to moderate/facilitate performance discussions constructively
- Competence in HR analytics tools and platforms for data reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
