Your key responsibilities
Your clients
Interact with Chief Operating Officers (COOs), Business Managers, HR Business Partners and colleagues from our HR Asia Pacific teams
Client Advise and Support
Support the people strategy of the business by providing expert advice on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.Provide support to clients on compensation and recognition/reward processesProvide guidance to clients on flexible work arrangements, resignations and retirementsSupport disciplinary measures and performance management as needed
Governance
Support talent management processesManage the execution of restructuring initiativesManage compensation processes such as the annual fixed pay and variable pay exercise, off cycle adjustments , audits , recognition and retention
Operations
Complete requests for terminations, restructuring, off-boarding and adhoc compensation changesImplement continuous process improvement through a collaborative cultureProvide coaching to team members
Your skills and experience
Experience in an HR Advisory or related advisory role and possesses a deep knowledge of the HR lifecycleExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, required to converse with clients from various locations and cultures across the APAC regionWillingness to work in a virtual environment and has the ability to use various channels e.g. phone, Teams, email, chat to pro-actively engage with clientsPossess an genuine client focus and be able to adapt personal style to ensure clients queries are managed efficiently and professionallyAbility to manage and diffuse conflict as, and when, they occurAbility to analyze requests, queries, assumptions methodically to make sound judgements and achieve the best outcome for the clientFamiliarity with conflict resolution and negotiation techniquesStrong time management and prioritization skillsPossess attention to detailAbility to create innovative and agile solutions to process improvements, bottlenecks etcPossess intellectual curiosity to stay abreast of organizational changes, strategies, structures and objectivesAbility to develop positive relationships with colleagues and work jointly with them to achieve common goals
