Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Ahmedabad at Visafast Migration Consultancy. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building relationships with clients, providing immigration advice, and assisting clients with visa applications and migration processes. The role involves calling and converting leads from our internal database into paying clients for our visa and migration services. Qualifications Sales and Negotiation skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Customer Relationship Management expertise Knowledge of Immigration laws and processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in the migration or consultancy industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Key Responsibilities: Handle and convert leads from our CRM database into paying clients. Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain migration/visa services offered. Follow-up regularly and maintain relationships with interested prospects. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as defined by management. Update and manage daily call logs, follow-up status, and client conversion details. Coordinate with the migration team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Compensation & Benefits: Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience and performance).
