Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions

  • Make calls and conduct interviews via phone or in-person

  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Should be flexible working with targets

Should be flexible with working under pressure

Preferred candidate profile

Experienced in BPO hiring mandatory

No of openings - 2

Minimum of 6 months experience required in BPO hiring/ bulk BPO hiring (latest)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Effective communication skills

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
