Job Description

Role Description:

There is hiring for a full-time on-site HR Recruiter role located in Borivali, Mumbai.
The individual will be responsible for handling End to End Recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and getting feedback from the client for the vacancies.
Collaborating with Search Partners to source suitable resumes for open positions .
Independent sourcing candidates through various portals (Naukri /LinkedIn / Head hunting, Indeed).
The Individual will also assist in the development of human resource policies and procedures, employee communication and grievance handling, and support employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
A minimum of 1 year of experience working as an HR Recruiter or in a similar position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, social media recruitment, job portals
Able to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
A positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team
