Roles and Responsibilities JOB DESIGNATION - HR Recruiter (On Payroll of Talent pro Human Resource Management company) Work Location - Calicut & Trivandrum Industry: Life Insurance CTC - 8k - 15k(Monthly) + Incentives Job Responsibilities: 1. Sourcing relevant profiles from multiple job portals & through all possible means. 2. Screening and skills assessment as per the job requirements. 3. Scheduling, Follow-up, and Coordination with candidates to ensure show-up and feedback from the interviewer. 4.
