Job Title: HR Recruiters & HR Interns (Female Candidates Only)

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
Understand job requirements and prepare appropriate job descriptions.
Post job openings on various platforms and portals.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process until onboarding.

Salary Package

Freshers (

Month 1:
10,000 (Take Home).
Post 1 Month (Performance-Based):
Up to 15,000 (Take Home)
Post 3 Months (Performance-Based):
Up to 20,000 (Take Home).

Experienced

Min 1 Year of Experience into HR Recruiter, Up to 25,000 Take home.
