About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Global HR Transition Lead to drive large-scale HR transitions and transformation programs across global operations. This strategic role involves leading complex people, process, and system transitions arising from organizational change, mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, or HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong HR domain expertise with proven program management and change leadership skills.

Job Brief

  • Leading global HR transition programs end-to-end and overseeing transitions and change initiatives within an organization.

  • Developing comprehensive transition plans and strategies.Design and implement robust transition frameworks, governance models, and communication strategies aligned with business and people priorities.
  • Collaborating with global HR leaders, business stakeholders, and functional teams to ensure effective planning, execution, and stabilization to ensure a smooth transition process.
  • Creating and executing detailed transition plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resources.

  • Coordinating with project teams and departments to ensure alignment with transition objectives.

  • Monitoring and evaluating the progress of transitions, addressing issues as they arise.

  • Drive change management and employee communication strategies to foster transparency and adoption of new HR models
  • Communicating changes to relevant stakeholders and managing resistance effectively.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve transition efficiency and long-term HR process excellence.

Requirements and Skills

  • 8 10 yrs Experience / 12 – 15 Yrs Experience

    in a Global Environment / Companies
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant field; project management certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing organizational transitions or change initiatives.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic influencing skills.

  • Good Understanding on ERP Systems SAP & other Process Documentation / Project Management Tools
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization.
