Job Description

HR Consultant Ahmedabad | 3–7 Years

Location:

About the Role

HR Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit processes
Work closely with clients to understand their HR needs and deliver customized solutions
Conduct HR audits, create HR policies, and ensure statutory compliance
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, grievances, and employee relations
Support talent management and workforce planning activities
Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation
Travel to client sites regularly (travel allowance applicable for outstation travel)

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3–7 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Consulting roles
Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects
Willingness to travel as part of the role
