Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead the Human Resources function for our multi-location automobile spare parts distribution and dealership group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy, managing manpower, strengthening HR systems, and creating a positive organizational culture across all branches, warehouses, and dealer network operations. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. HR Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee HR operations across multiple branches, warehouses, and dealership locations. Build and maintain strong HR governance, policies, and frameworks. 2. Recruitment & Manpower Planning Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, warehouse, logistics, and support functions. Plan manpower requirements for expansions and new locations. Manage recruitment for blue-collar, field staff, and technical teams. 3. Performance Management Implement KPI/KRA-based performance appraisal systems. Guide department heads in goal-setting and performance evaluation. Identify high-potential employees and create development plans. 4. Employee Engagement & Culture Drive initiatives for motivation, employee engagement, and retention. Build a healthy, productivity-oriented workplace culture. Conduct satisfaction surveys and propose action plans. 5. Compliance & Statutory Management Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). Maintain employee documentation, HR audits, and legal records. Handle labour-related concerns and provide solutions. 6. Training & Development Assess training needs for sales, warehouse, and management teams. Coordinate internal and external training programs. Develop leadership training modules for internal succession planning. 7. Payroll & HR Operations Supervise payroll, attendance, and leave management. Ensure timely and error-free payroll across all locations. Implement and monitor HRMS systems and HR SOPs. 8. Employee Relations & Disciplinary Management Handle grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution. Build transparent communication channels between management and staff. Ensure workplace discipline and a fair work environment. 9. Organizational Development Support management in restructuring, business expansion, and policy formulation. Standardize HR processes across all group companies and branches. Drive change management and continuous process improvement. 10. Management Coordination Prepare HR dashboards, MIS, and presentations for top management. Support senior management in strategic decision-making. Work closely with directors and department heads for business planning.
