Role: Hiring Executive

  • We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for proposing, reviewing,
maintaining, and delivering quality candidates for our Product development projects.
  • As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll help the team with project fulfilment, therefore

Technical Knowledge And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential.

  • You should also have an in-depth understanding of the underlying IT technologies, and
architectures work in 2020.What do you need to succeed at?

Must-haves/You’re Good At

  • End to End Recruitment in IT, Gathering requirements from Managers, CEOs, etc.
  • Lateral or Leadership hiring for IT profiles like Java, .Net, Angular, React, Python, etc.
  • Prepare and design the Job Description/Job specification, Post JDs by mentioning the exact
requirements.
  • Searching and Screening of the CVs by using a database, social network, social media, various
Job Posting sites, etc.
  • Calling, Shortlisting, and Screening the best suitable candidates as per the open position –
Right match for the right job.
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
  • Meeting daily calling or sourcing target, post job openings on various portals.
  • Taking feedback from the Panel after Interviews and updating the status, Maintaining
the database.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as the best place to work.
  • Checking emails, inquiries- replying to them forwarding the same to the concerned authorities.
  • Experience working with Word, Excel, PPT, Internet, PDF, etc.
